Shatterskull Mippdapp drop rate?

Currently 0/4 on this, twice with th4. Have spent nearly as last AH price in paying for help to camp this. Only 3 on AH history and none of the 3 willing to sell, so buying isn't an option. Am I just having shitty luck? or is the drop rate just bad?

They all gave me the I'm busy treatment lol. Brd was coming free but still needed to hire a rdm. After countless hours of getting it to pop 4 times, brd said he was just tired of it, which I dont' blame him. So hired a brd and a rdm last night, brd d/c'd and it popped 10 mins later, took us 2 tries to kill it (burned 2hr when we wiped and didn't use again 2nd fight) and got drop, 1/5, yay
Didn't have to pay the brd either since he d/c'd before it went down
