Concerto Gate Beta Signup

It's been mentioned a few times, this is the SE produced item-mall MMORPG. Looks like turn-based combat with FFIII DS style characters... might be cool. I'm giving it a shot. Read this thread for instructions:

Finished installing and everything but I can't login, also as far as I can tell the Key isn't used yet even creating an account doesn't require the key, maybe it's used upon logging in for the first time? Apparently the server is down for maintenance as of 16:06 server time and they said it'd take an hour so it should be up relatively soon.

Double Post but, the key is used on the main site after doing a survey. After finishing it they'll ask for the beta key.

I still can't even get into the game, apparently they are having login issues which should be resolved around 1:30 AM PDT.. guess no play tonight

You need to create an account at the games campus website. Then go to the Concerto Gate homepage (link is on games campus' website) and click "login". After I did that, it gave me a survey and then asked me to input the beta code. Haven't been able to login yet though

Yeah, apparently the server is 100% full... I guess they are adding more soon. I haven't been able to log in yet... from what people are saying on the official forums, it's a pretty good game.

Anybody who isn't lucky enough to be one the few to get online is not going to be able to get the prizes for the leveling contest going on. Which is extremely gay that they're letting their contest reduce to a game of luck as to who can stay on the server the longest.

Can't log in, apparently also it doesn't work on Vista according to the website.

Which apparently isn't true because there were a few Vista users said they could log on and play.

Just for the record I heard certain important things in the game like Class/Job Changing Quests are broken and certain other things render the game mostly 90% unplayable.

Downloading now. Thought this looked pretty cool when the trailer popped up not too long ago. Guess I'll wait up for the evening and see if the long in issue isn't resolved by then.

I figured out how to get in, basically you just need to complete the survey and it will let you connect. The survey can be found at:

After filling out the survey you'll be asked to enter your beta code, and after you do you'll be marked for being able to beta test.

The only other problem I ran into was logging in on the client itself. The login is case sensitive even for the username. For me, I kept getting a "Login fail." message because I was trying to login with Maguspk instead of maguspk, which is what I'd signed up with.

After that I got in fine and finished up the trial the game throws you into to start with. It's pretty fun but not being able to zoom out far is really pissing me off. It's a bother to move around on such a small screen, if you could zoom out movement would be alot easier. Besides that it's pretty solid from what I've seen so far. Have yet to find the guy who gives you a green card for getting your first job though. It feels really unorganized once you get out of the castle.

The server was down for maintenance for a bit you might try again I think it's back up now, I just got off for the night did a few quests and am bummed out that the quest to advance from novice class into something meaningful is buggy and won't finish.

The partying system is really great though, I like it a lot. You have rows and you can move during battle and defend other people. You can also use your pet as a ghetto tank if you want to save on pots and such.

Unfortunately it still gives me the 15 minute error. I'm pretty sure the game does indeed have issues running on Vista. The vast majority of Vista users on their forums get the same errors as me, while only one or two actually claim to be able to get into the game at all.

I do take solace in the fact that this is essentially screwing their closed beta though. They only allowed 5000 keys, and a bunch are being used up by Vista users who can't play, hehe.
