    Vista Sound Problem

Ok i got a problem on someone's computer and i feel stupid not to be able to repair it, simply because i don't know shit about vista.

My cousin bought a new computer and when she wanted to listen music, so played on some buttons inside the computers (somwhere in the sound settings) and now when she listen to music she only hear the sound fine but the Voice is so low.

I searched almost everywhere and didn't saw anything, to help.

She uses Windows media player on vista but i tried Winamp without succes.

What do you mean the voice is low? The vocals?

Vista has a sound mixer thingy that's pretty neat actually. If you go down to the system tray where the volume control is there should be a little place where you can select "Open Mixer" I think... trying to recall as I'm at work now. That mixer lets you adjust volume for different programs.... however that might not be what you are asking.

That's definitely something with the equalizer or something like that then. I can try to assist more when I get home tonight, not at a vista machine at the moment.

I know some computers have pre installed sound setup stuff with different sound effects that you may accidentally select when your messing around with it. Usually these programs would be shown running in the background with a icon on the start toolbar so just make sure those settings are correct.
