download the demo from PSN. even though it's only 1 stage and 2 characters, I've definitely put a few hours into it lol.

My main concern is the two demo characters overall play kinda similarly, but on the other hand I've found some nice gameplay nuance too- just stuff like using shadow clone melee combos to open up for a rasengan, doing something similar with a log-replacement block, setting up traps with items, etc.

That looks really cool, probably only complaints I'll have are the American-isms in it like "nine-tailed fox mode" instead of calling him Kyubi Naruto like in the first fighter on the Gamecube. How weaboo of me.

As much as Narufags get on my nerves with fanboy reviews for each of the Naru games (9/10, etc.).

The animation/gameplay value looks amazingly awesome in this.

How's this compare to Ultimate Ninja on 360? UN was pretty cool from what I've played, but I didn't get real far either.

The 360 was a fun game, and currently their making a sequel to it, but I just dont know how they'll match up to Ninja storm, the fighting in just the demo alone was more unique and took more skill. The publisher of ninja storm even said in its E3 release it will be better than Ubisofts iteration of their naruto game which is a pretty bold statement. As long as the action adventure part of this game holds well then for sure it'll be a much better game.

Yeah, at first it was rather tedious, but eh, for a 30 dollar buy the game was alot of fun.
