lol
i thought you were bitching about the service
christ dude they just came out today, ups runs til like 6pm
go jerk off or something good lord
Maybe when my new every two is up in May...that is if the Blackberry Hurricane isn't out by then.
The actual phone service is great...customer service makes me think of fancy ways to mutilate their bodies some day. Just like when i go in today to pay for my blackberry which was supposed to be reserved, turns out i payed for some other guys phone (way to go signing in and not calling the right peoples name) and they still didnt even have any in stock, said they aint getting them till the 25th or some BS
I feel the same way, good luck activating a Verizon phone in west texas, BECAUSE YOU CAN'T! I had to drive 5 hours to dallas to activate it!
How much is this damn phone? I think my friend said he paid like 599 or something. Fuck that.
I dunno about the phone... but their DSL service is SHIT! I wouldn't give them any more money. >.>
they didn't send the phone manual that explains how to activate your self, I see. I haven't had to get a tech to activate a phone since my 1st one a few years ago. Now they have it that you turn it on, text a code to a certain number, & then your phone is ready to go. The only reason i visit a tech now is to get a data transfer between phones.
This can't be quoted enough. I love my phone service, so when I moved into my new apartment, I tried to get them to hook up FiOS for me. After spending almost two hours on hold, they told me that it isn't available in my area. The Verizon HQ for my area is almost exactly a quarter mile from my apartment...
You could have just gone to the website and verified it in about 30 seconds. I've never had their wireless service, though I'm switching once my current contract is up, but I haven't had any issues at all with my Fios and I love it. When I called to get it set up it only took a few minutes and the guy showed up exactly when they said he would to install it. I couldn't have been happier with the whole process. After spending almost two hours on hold, they told me that it isn't available in my area.
