Dunno, I never read the tribune before. Just seen the announcements on the POL site in the past.

SE said they only really scrapped the format of the tribune but that the content still appears on the main page. I'm very excited at the idea of the tribune returning though with its original format.

About the yellow/green arrow:

Square Enix uses this icon for promotional characters or events to promote the game. (The icon is the same as the symbol used for new drivers in Japan)
