Need help with formatting on flyer

My uncle brought me some information and isn't really computer smart so he asked me to make the flyers for him. He's in a pretty professional environment, so I want to make sure the flyer will look at its best.
Here is the information that will be on the flyer

Title and Services need to be larger. If this is a flyer, and being posted to job boards, it needs to be notable from 3-5' away. You need something bigger than 18pt font for that.

Title first, then services, then pricing. Gather interest in your business, then tell them the price. Contact info last, holiday info after that (if necessary at all; this seems like something you can work out with a client at a later date)

Variation in type (read: bold or caps. Do NOT underline, italic, or outline. These are cheap tricks) might be good for the title as well.

Also, dude's name isn't on there. Who do I talk to when I call this guy? "Uh, hi, I saw... a flyer?"

I agree. I work in a printing company, we do pretty much things like these all the time. You want the heading of the company to be bold and eyecatching. I would put the main contact number underneath the name of the company and the other contact details, like the address and other numbers at the bottom.

Then comes the services. Since one of the services is a short word, I would double up some of the services onto the same line, like:

    Hydraulic hose repairs on site
    Hydraulic repairs ~ Welding
    Electrical troubleshooting
    Mechanical repairs
    Preventative maintenance

Make those services as big as you can to fit them on width ways.

Then the prices. I personally wouldn't put any prices down, but that's just the way we do things over here. You should also put some kind of emphasis on the fact that estimates/consultations are free, people like to see that.

Hmm, the holidays. Again, we wouldn't put that on over here, people know if it's a bank holiday, you ain't getting shit. You could perhaps put like 'Closed on National Holidays' or some shit, or if you're dead set on listing all the dates, put them on as few lines as possible, so double/triple them up.

As said before, the other contact details go on the bottom.

To make it more interesting you could put some of the text in black boxes with white out text. So for example, the services section could be in a box that bleeds off or ends about 5/10mm from the edge of the page.

Or you could put some of the text in a tint of black to make it not so funereal. So some bits could be 50% black. Use a coloured paper to also liven it up if you're only using black ink.

As it stands, it's just way too busy. Information overload!

IMO, basic thing would be, as suggested, focus on the services and company name. That's what's going to catch someone's eye from a distance. Rates/holidays/etc can be less prominent because if someone is interested, they'll take a closer look.

Not sure if rates are a standard thing to advertise or not. Either way, you could compress that information (if desired) by stating the $45/hr standard rate, with a notice of an initial charge for weekends/holidays.
Depends on the goal though, leaving some of that information out may work better. Not going into every specific like that may wind up with more people calling, and therefore a chance to make a sale. On the other hand, if the goal is to keep it to people who are seriously calling, then spelling out all the details may be better.
