Duke Nukem doesn't exist, long story but it never really did.

I just picked up D2 again yesterday, making a C/C Sin and probably going to do a hammerdin sometime soon

Do you have CD keys? You can download the game off battle.net if you do. If not, D2+LoD only cost $4 total.

I just started playing again the past week. I'm only 13 because I don't know anyone else who plays and I don't want to bother people with random rushes when I don't know where to go. Last time I played was before I started FF11, so about 5 years ago.

I downloaded the Lod off battle net, but the installater jams at 6% for LoD.

Tried running with compatibility and all

I didn't know people still do Bone Necro without the Marrowalk glitch.

I had a long discussion with some of my friends that do game programming about D3 not too long ago. One of the biggest issues is that there's so much focus on putting out a good product. Whenever it comes out, you know it's going to fucking rock no matter what. Another issue is the direction PC gaming is going, I wouldn't be surprised if D3 comes out on 360 and Ps3.

Anyway, I'm in the middle of a break right now. I'll probably start up hardcore this fall.

Diablo is imo an awsome game that even in the years is still good.

But it get repetitive fast, too fast

Watching the D3 vids just sparked my interest as, wow, I've been dying for a game like that to play when bored and in breaks for wow. D2 play the same just not as new looking? I might have to pick it up. Any place to buy/download it right to harddrive?

There are some places you can buy cd keys for both d2 and its expo LOD for like under $10. I'll have to look back to where I bought some last year, someone else might be able to point you to some legit sites tho.

Once you have the keys you can put them in to your battle net account and then download the game straight from blizzard.

I know it says it works, but 100% positive it works for battle.net and etc for digital download? Cause blizz store charges 20$ and this is a pretty good difference in price.

Yes, it's what I used. You enter the key they give you into battle.net, then you can download it. Once it's entered it also gives the CD key you use to activate the game while you install it.

I never played D2 on battlenet but I played a lot with rl friends, I just can't wait for D3 but I don't really play D2 anymore...just waiting for D3 now.

I started playing a bit again. D2 is fun in small spurts. I always loved my summon necro and it was fun giving it a whirl.

The game is definitely repetitive but the amount of varied and cool builds you could do effectively with each class was darn fun (though some were obviously better than others).
