    Playonline registration maintenance -.-

    This tard ass shit has been going through maintenance for 3 days straight now. It was suppose to be over yesterday and start again today however it never stopped. Now it's suppose to be done completely however it's not. Whenever I go to update my CC info it still gives me the tard ass error saying there's either maint or my info is wrong. My info isn't wrong.

    Anyone have any sort of information concerning this? I think I may have tried to change it too much and locked it? If so how long do I have to wait ontop of already waiting 3 days -.-

    Um.. yea I was short like 12 cents (Literally) and I now I can't update my shit. When is it going to be over. Please don't say the day of the update...

    I updated CC info reactivated my cousin's content ID last night, in the UK. No problems there.

    Did you reinstall anything since 3 days ago? He was worried initially because he was getting errors but it turned out his POL was US, not EU.

    Mine is still on hold.
    Played fine last night, went to log into today and I'm frozen.
    Just tried again 30 seconds ago and it still won't let me "Reactivate" my Content IDs.

    Yet if I check my Visa stuff, April has already been billed and cleared.

    When I hit PLAY on POL it says I have no Content IDs.

    Just go into the Content ID section and choose Reactivate ID. Follow the steps and you'll be on in a matter of minutes.

    Tried that and it says there's a problem with my info matching.
    The payment has gone through already, since I checked the Visa site. (I figured maybe it got held up for some reason.)

    Yet when I go to Reactivate Content ID I get this screen:

    Dunno wtf is going on. I can sign into POL just fine, but when I go to do anything Content ID related, it gives me that screen.

    Strange, are you absolutely sure your payment information is correct? If so, I'd try to contact SE about it.

    Yeah, nothing has changed on my info for 5 years. Well, once when old CC expired and POL put a freeze on the account since the new expiry date was different than the old one (Go figure) Since it wasn't matching info I had to wait for it to clear up. But at least that was explainable.

    Other than that, I'd never had to reactivate Content IDs because I've never cancelled them at all.

    I played til 1:30 am today and had no problems at all. Logged out in Mhuara on my main and went and put stuff up on AH on my mule. Went to sign in today and it said I have no Content IDs to play with. Figured that was a little strange, so I went to Reactivate them and I get that screen. I go to billing info which hasn't changed in years and it matches. Checked with my Visa to see if the April payment went through and it has, yet I still have no access to Content IDs whatsoever. I don't get it.


    And yay for a fellow Fenririan... Fenririte? LOL

    As a shot in the dark, I figured I'd try this:

    - Cancel Content ID
    - Reactivate Content ID

    just to see if it would let me start over from square one.

    "You have no content id's to cancel."


    /confused.


    Went to "Review Content ID" and it showed my exact info. The day I started, when I registered each expansion pack etc. Has my name and billing info listed. Everything matches. I'll still assume this is with the maintenance going on and that's why it won't let me reactivate yet. I guess I'll keep trying off and on to see if I can log back in.

    Apparently each time you try to do anything regarding your CC info SE charges your CC 1$ however it doesn't actually charge you. I think the representative said it's just to make sure your CC works or w/e. Anyway by charging you that 1$ your bank has to accept the charge. Something about your bank security may be freakin out if you've been spamming tryin to get it to work. Therefor it's no longer a POL problem but a problem with your bank.

    Best case scenario is to wait a full day then retry. If that doesn't work wait 2 full days. It's what I'm doing.

    my cc paid the monthly charge but rejected the 10 buck add-on and closed the acount over it lol, i got it back up and going now though

    ^this is true. Plus everytime you try to do something they reset a 30 min timer. If you try to do something in that 30 minutes, it resets it again. So, if you failed once, then kept trying, you're just pushing it further and further back. Wait an hour or 2, then try again. This has happened to me a few times too. Usually get back on within a day.

    This happened to me, wouldn't let me reactivate my IDs. I just went into the change payment information screen and re-entered all my credit card information again. It gave me a screen saying my payment info was accepted, and I was able to reactivate from there. It did "charge" me another dollar though.
