Gloom Breastplate

I read somewhere but cant remember where and its not on wiki or anything.
On gloomBreastplate do you have to have equipped the whole time to get the effect or just to activate the ability then take it off? I read somewhere you only have to put it on to activate the ability then you can take it off. I was wondering if anyone else could answer this question for me please. I don't have drk at 75 yet. My drk is only 52 aTm and I'm lvl'ing for zerging any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance.


Question #2 i notice on one of my PC's the 1st post on a forum is the 1st post in that section. But on the Other PC the 1st post is on the last page at the bottom and it goes back wards. i have yet to find and option to change this on this PC it kinda agro's me to have the 1st post in a section being on the last page at the bottom. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance.

Thank you for your help in this situation you two. I really appreciate it. I dont even remember ever messing with those option before on ether one of my PC's at all idk how it got changed on one of them.
