Haste on Augmented gear

Dont know if this was brought up but all the Augmented gear has "Haste"+x whereas all the standard gear has Haste +x%. Is there a difference or did se just get bored with formatting?

Search function is your friend.

But yeah, "xxx" +x is the same as "xxx" +x%, because of the way SE coded the variables in augmented gear, they can't use % signs and have to just go with +1.

Thanks ^_^ I dont know what it is but its like looking at words with too many vowels in them those quotes just dont look right and it was bugging me.
