hello there,

i ran into a strange problem when i started my playonline viewer today... instead of having the list of registered members, i looked to a "brandnew" (??) viewer installation that wanted to update first... no updates were found, restart... please register a playonline ID or enter a registered user...

so i had to re-enter my playonline ID etc... i didnt feel so well when i had to do this... i loged into the game and went afk for dinner and when i came back i found myself offline because of the timeout... so all my playonlineviewer settings were gone as well...

this lets me hope that there was just a technical issue and data loss... but i still dont feel well about this... i called a GM, the GM asked me to contact the customer support... did that and they just told me, that my account is looking ok and that i dont have to be afraid <.<...

i feel like changing my password using my 2nd computer... and i wonder... did this ever happen to anyone here?? this never happened to me in 5 years of final fantasy...

i do panic a bit... i didnt download any stuff lately (besides wow-addons - yes shame on me lol) and i use mozilla firefox at high security (no scrips allowed etc)...

what do you guys think about this??
