Recently applied to our linkshell. He stated on his application that he's from Lakshmi originally and has played on and off for 4 years, however our longstanding Lakshmi members have never seen or heard of him.

Excuse me, but I wasn't able to find where in that App to SnD he stated he was from another server. It's late, and the whole thing is a big wall of text so pardon me if I'm being blind.

I don't recall saying that he stated that he was from another server. He actually dodged the question on that application and just listed a bunch of unrecognizable linkshells. My judgment that he's not a Lakshmi native was based more on my own experience having played on the server for several years and not met him. Everyone I've talked to has said the same - that he basically appeared out of nowhere with a ridiculous amount of money and no history. While it's possible that a player with his... unique personality and style could remain under the radar this long, it seems rather unlikely.
