IMO these orders resemble the Alien Friends & Enemies Acts of 1798, which were struck down by the SCOTUS.

These orders don't just violate the First Amendment either.. like their predecessors they violate the Tenth Amendment, as well as the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and 14th Amendments. And in the sheer scope of their power they circumvent a good chunk of Article I.
