Yonin patched?

Since it wasn't mentioned in the current issues today, I'm assuming they fixed the 100% proc on Yonin not using tools. Sad day.

it wasnt mention today, but mentioned on 22th i think

you need to read all the patch notes when they are out, and not just on maintainance day because you will miss previous notes

and yea today prolly fixing those they listed, and also catastrophe and yonin in the "known issue" notes that you seem to miss out

I had no other form of NTE whatsoever.

Didn't really keep track of what spell I cast but here is the casts in order:

3 merits in NTE. I popped Yonin, cast Utsus, Tonko, and Monomi and none ate tools still. I think it probably actually degrades with time now.

156 shihei in my inventory to start.

100 casts under Yonin, exclusively Utsusemi Ichi and Ni. I was careful not to cast when Yonin would wear off mid-cast. NIN75/RDM37, no Ninja Tool Expertise gear/merits.

74 shihei left, so 82 were used. Approximately 20%?

i casted 20 times under yonin in campaign. Ate 17 shihei. Small size but add to others and it looks like an insignificant NTE.

Working on a data set of pop yonin > cast ni the instant it will let me. Might not end up mattering tho, 0 for 3 so far.
