Xbox 360+Monitor+RCA speaker question

I'll keep it short and sweet. Is this whole little kit what I need to play 360 on my monitor?(Monitor has DVI/HDMI ports, I already have the VGA>DVI adaptor that came with my video card.) And With normal Logitech speakers that connect via RCA.

Buy the MS Kit. Then buy one coupler from the shack if you're using the headphones jack, otherwise, you're just fine using the L/R RCA. Don't buy the penguin kit. It's bad. Seen a few break, and seen many other of their AV products, that are terrible.

i bought the MS one, and it actually comes with a coupler for your audio, to save you the trouble of buying one of those anyway.

Comes with the RCA > Headphone 3.5mm Y Jack, Not the 3.5mm coupler needed if you're connecting to a traditional pair of speakers. Also comes with the VGA Coupler.

Ok. Thanks. I saw the MS one but figured I'd ask about this one since it's about half the price. Gonna buy the MS one. So can I just pick up the other 2 adaptors I need to go with the MS one for fairly cheap?

The first adaptor (Y adaptor) from the RCA > Headphone comes with the cable.

The coupling (the thin tube) is needed only if you're going to use a headphone style jack, AKA standard speaker jack to get the sound. (IE Green plug with headphone tip) You'll have to buy this separate. It runs $6 at radioshack.

If you're using a regular RCA input (Red & White jacks) you won't need the coupling or the adaptor.
