Fake tempur pedic beds

Anyone buy one? You see them everywhere. I need a new bed, and bad.. I've woke up with back pain for the past 5 years and enough is enough. Thing is, I don't want to pay 1500 for a tempur pedic bed, but I want one.

Anyone ever buy one of those "JUST LIKE T.P." beds? E.G. ===Memory (Nasa) Foam Bed,Tempur-Pedic Style,Free Shipping - Never Used

The price seems way too good to be true.

I know that 'memory foam' pillows are complete ass, and I wouldn't trust a mattress topped with the stuff. It traps too much heat and makes it unbearable to sleep on during a hot summer night. It isn't really that supportive of the neck, either.

I did this, was hella comfortable. They do get hot so keep a fan on in the room (my preference). Good luck fucking on them as well.

I dont have a bed in the first place and don't want to spend a metric fuckton of money on a box of springs.

The T.Ps are the most comfortable bed I've tried out.

They also got rid of the "heat" issues a few years ago.

I would, and did, just crack down and get one. Honestly, waking up and not feeling like you want to go right back to sleep after 8-9 hours is worth it.

I agree, considering the amount of time you're gonna spend in bed a T.P mattress is a worthwhile investment. So fucking comfy it's unreal.

I did a blind test run of 12+ random brands, and picked the TP one, with runner up a Sealy.

The important thing is to get one where the foam(and not just the bed itself) was made in US/Canada, or in the case of TP a Euro Country. You'll read endless complaints about the china knock offs and their lack of longevity.

It's true that memory foam does trap heat(it also traps cold, I love mine in the winter). But this is a pro or a con, depending on who you ask, and especially where you live. If you keep your bedroom climate controlled it will be a non-issue, at worst you lower the temperature to compensate.

Foam toppers aren't really great, they give you the sensation but none of the actual benefits, cause all that happens is you sink through the foam and are still supported by the springs.

If you're a big person foam is definitely a step up, springs just magnify the problem of weight, where foam just distributes it.

Another benefit is you don't need any kind of box-spring etc. I keep my mattress on the floor like a japanese futon, the foam is best on a strong solid surface, so getting a support or frame is really only for decoration or height. I like sleeping on the floor though, so it fits me.

I can't answer your question about fake Tempur Pedic beds, but my mom has the real kind and it's fucking awesome. I love sleeping on that thing.

Like others said, it's something you're going to be using every day damn near.

Fake Tempur Pedic Matresses usually have problems with being hot as fuck, while the legit ones are okay.

I coughed up the dough for a TP this year and I haven't looked back or regretted it at all. Do eeet.

Define "good"...I went with the Rhapsody, which is like the starter of the luxury level, was $2400 for a double. I laid on them all for 15-20min each and simply found it the most comfortable.

That said, many of the other name brands that use US foam are just as good and cost less.

I have a real Tempur Pedic, and I love it. At first you feel like it's kicking your ass, but now I can't sleep well on anything else.

I have a firm chunk of foam for the first 6~inches and a memory foam topper and I love it. Cost way less then even a box spring bed.
