Nvidia 9 series drivers, and power management

Ok well following on from my other recent thread in tech, i installed the 191.07 driver for the 9series cards and above, for vista and xp, in the hopes of getting the "power management" tab in the options. It's not there though, after installing it. Is there any way to clear all the drivers before this one, then install this one and see if it works? or will i need some of the previous drivers?

I'm not really too good with shit like this so any information is appreciated.

I just reinstalled windows 7 onto a brand new hard drive and went straight to the 191.07 drivers. I also don't see the power management thingy. Nvidia's site says that the card has to be already capable of running in different power states, so I guess mine doesnt? gtx260... idk.

It says 9series and above, so if its newer than that, it should.
