Opinion Needed: New PC game(s) to play

So I haven't really bought or played any PC games lately. Last game I bought was Red Alert 3 and it was good. Generally I stuck to Blizzard games in the past (Starcraft, WC3 etc) but I'm open to any suggestions for something new I should try. So anyone have any suggestions for decent PC games out there right now? (No MMO's, and FPS's are a maybe)

Word is witcher 2 is going to hit consoles as well, Im going to get a new pc sometime next year before old republic releases, but I wanna try out the witcher

RPG:
Dragon Age: Origins - get it.

Racing:
DIRT 2 - controller isn't required but it is superior that way.

Shootan:
Seconding the TF2 suggestion, it's relatively easy to pick up and shouldn't make you rage too much.
Left 4 Dead 2
Borderlands - if you can find it on sale somewhere. It's definitely not the best but should keep you occupied. More enjoyable with friends.

Seriously though, Dragon Age: Origins and The Witcher - Enhanced Edition are where it's at.

Not sure how far back we're goin' here, but if you haven't played the Orange Box games (Half Life 2, Ep1, Ep2, Portal) definitely pick that up. It also comes with TF2, should you ever want to give that a try.

And Fallout 3 is fantastic.. I'm so engrossed in that right now that I can barely concentrate on MMOs.

Yes, PC version is clearly superior (Expandable, less glitches and superior graphics).
