Has anyone bought a car over the internet before? THere was this one from craigslist i saw, but the guy lives about 200 miles away. Price is alot lower than what i expected guy said he was at the Naval Base there and is being shipped out..

sounds fishy to me..

He wants to use Autocheck Buyback protection to pay for the car.. do they reimburse money if no car is delivered? Lol

It is a scam, they tried the same shit with me for a quad, just search the internet for parts of the email he sent you and you can find it.

Just looking at the grammar and spelling in it, particularly the way the date is listed, would make me dubious, as others have said. I know people aren't perfect with spelling/grammar on the Internet, but the specific mistakes and style variations make it look like a scam.
