Computer Freezing; Windows Error?

Past few days my computer has been freezing, this morning when it did it again I restarted, when I logged on my user it gave me the send/don't send box and said Window's has recoverd from an error or some shit.

Anything I can do to try to figure out the problem?

Try that first. It may or may not work. Second would be to do a fix via your windows cd.

Need more information, what were you doing when it froze? gaming? web stuff?
run a memtest on the ram; check the voltages your power supply is providing, is the system overclocked at all? what are the temps on your video card?

Any number of things could be causing it to freeze/crash/lockup, knowing what hardware you have, what os your running and what you were doing at the times it has crashed on you would help in diagnosing the problem.
