FFXI-3116?

Tried to log in today, My main account and main mule aren't selectable. But a mule on another server I can log in with.

I get error "FFXI-3116" Content ID unavailable.
I can't access area to "re-activate" ID, since billing is being processes.
Any ideas? Not sure why I can log into a mule but not my main 2 accounts.

Sometimes a content ID gets mistakenly deactivated. Check again later today or tomorrow to see if it happened to you.

Character's content ID is no longer valid.
Please restore the content ID to select this character.

My main account and mule on 1 server are faded out; above message displays when click on them.
I have a mule on another server however, and that character I can log in on.

Weird?

Is anyone having same issue? or have had in the past?

I had this issue last year. I waited about 2hrs, then logged back in. Was fine after that. May want to check of course your content ID status ._.

Had it once, had to wait until they were finished updating servers and re-input all the credit card information to reactivate.
