I want to enable Cd recording on 2 dvd drives on a PC (not burning at the same time, but can use either or, without having to check the enable CD recording on this drive box everytime)

XP doesn't allow both drives to be enabled at the same time, so I was looking for some software to use to replace the windows cd recording, anyone know any by chance? With drag-and-drop if possible.
