Router Question

So I'm trying to block internet connections for another computer that I have.

I went the my router homepage, changed all the settings to block internet and its still not working for some reason.

Do I have to turn off that specified computer or am I doing something wrong?

Wired btw, I know I could just pull out the internet cable, but I want to do it without doing that.

Did you set that computer with a static IP? Did you set a rule to always block internet access for that IP address on the router?

You can also block computers/devices w/ their mac addresses. Your router should have a filter.
