I was wondering how many people actually give bums money these days. I need a new PC for ff14 and I could put some time on the street.

Serious question, do you and how often do you give money to the bums w/ the signs at the street light?

Never to the people with signs at the streetlight, I just think that's an awkward place to talk to people I don't know.

I read this whole thing about how people are faking being homeless and drawing in over 90 grand a year just by begging everyday.

Also the ones who really are homeless are probably homeless due to drugs/alcohol, just gonna spend the money on Beer/crack.

The last time I gave anything to a homeless man was when I was 16, I gave him a subway sandwich and he bitched me out because he would have rather had the money.
