I haven't found a centralized source of information regarding this dungeon, so I would like to start one that can be referenced as needed. As well as a central place people can contribute.

There is another map over on Neko Sentai that shows the treasure chest locations and the photo-cell locations. But, I am at work at the moment and can't venture over there to grab the link. Will edit it in. In the meantime is here a lesser version of that map I found on Zam.

The red dots are treasure chests. The yellow dots are photocells, which look like tiny yellow fireflies ingame. The empty circles are the magitek devices creating the shields.

Each magitek device requires 4 photocells to disable it, which then unlocks another part of the dungeon.
8 photocells are needed in total to engage the bosses in sections 1 or 2, which are Antares and Sargas, respectively.
16 photocells are needed in total to engage Shaula, the boss of section 3.
The order of unlock the gates is important in getting to Shaula due to the one way drops that can leave you stranded in a section that hasn't been unlocked yet, forcing you to return to the enterance.
The device that leads into Section 1 needs to be unlocked first.
So, the 4 photocells in the "entry section" need to be gathered.
Then, the 1st device can be unlocked and the 4 photocells in Section 1 gathered.
Then, the 2nd device needs to be unlocked which leads into Section 2.
Then, the 4 photocells in Section 2 need to be gathered.
Then, the 3rd device needs to be unlocked which leads into Section 3.
Then, the 4 photocells in Section 3 need to be gathered in order to unlock Shaula's room.
All-in-all, you will gather 16 photocells and 6 treasure chests along the way if you make the effort to get them. You can shorten this by first unlocking Device #2 and collecting the photocells in Section 2 and then returning to the start to unlock Device #3.
Getting to Antares or Sargas is much simple. Unlock Section 1 and then Antares' room's device. Sargas is behind Device #2, so as long as you unlock Device #2 first (ignoring Device #1), it will take 8 photocells in total as well.
Boss Chests:
The 6 chests in the dungeon can give the following:Middle (Red): Kill the boss (Poacher's Tunic, Poacher's Hat, Ascetic's Half-Robe, Ascetic's Tights)
Far right: Open all chests (Heart of House d'Arlendre, Waning Sun Pelta)
Near right: 25 minutes or more left on the timer after death of any boss (Tenfinger Tallstaff, Unbreakable Knuckles)
Far left: Open 2 gates (Warden's Dagger, Charred Axe)
Near left: Open 3 gates (Tidesplitter, Joukil's Guile)
If you were to run the zone in its entirety, the chest drops are specific to each chest and are in this order:
1: Torturer's Monocle (right by the entrance)
2: Warden's Barbut (dead end near the northern magitek device)
3: Brigand's Acton (southern-most chest, in a room near the southern magitek device)
4: Brigand's Gloves (northeastern dead end)
5: Torturer's Duckbills (in a room just west of the northern magitek device)
6: Warden's Gauntlets (in a room east of the northern magitek device)
