    Backup Software?

I need to finish the server here at work by installing a backup program. The one we used to use was NovaBackup but it didn't work very well, although I do believe the problem was with the computer and the way the server was previously set up by the old IT guy.

My basic requirements are that it has to be able to backup to a network drive from a single computer, and I would like for it to do a once a week full backup as well as incremental backups throughout the week.

I'm considering getting NovaBackup Professional 2012 since it gets really good reviews, but I thought I would bounce it off you guys here as well.

    Thanks.

Haha, I'm going to go with Nova Backup Professional, seems to do everything I want it to do and more. Just going to buy a fresh copy and license since our old license was for an older version, which could have been part of the problem as well. Not to mention the old IT guy stopped learning computer stuff after Windows 98, so yeah.

I would recommend Handy Backup 7. Supports operations with network drives and clouds, has lots of scheduling options, can perform incremental, differential, hot, image and many other types of backup.

I like the use of mozypro since it gives you both offsite and onsite backups. You do have to pay monthly however, so decide how important the information is.

I believe we use Norton Backup Exec at work. Works great with our tape changer.
