Who is seeing it/saw it? Personally, I am excited to see it, I've been craving a jumpy movie for a long time.

Gunna see it, but not sure if I'll go to a theatre to see it or wait for the DVD.

The first one scared me so badly. I can barely watch the previews for the second one because they scare me horribly badly too. So I don't think I'll see this, however I plan on seeing Saw3.
me too lol.Originally Posted by Lbelle

First one was shitty, the commercials for the second makes this one seem worse, not even gonna bother to d/l it.
Cant wait for Saw 3 though.
Texas Chainsaw was ok, but very smiliar to House of 1000 Corpses, almost exactlly the same at a lot of points.
When I first saw the previews for this, me, the friend I was seeing it with and the drunk college kids near us all went "There was a Grudge 1?" >.>Originally Posted by Lbelle
Maybe I should download it, but horror movies just aren't the same on the computer I don't think. Maybe in full screen but movie theater is where it's at for the movies that can make you jump![]()
And Saw 3...I can't stand gore and gruesome stuff like in that series, but the mind games keep me coming back and wanting to see it lol
Over-the-top horrific East Asians makes me laugh rather than frightens me.![]()
Why do they make a sequil to a bad movie?
Grudge 1 in the cinema was horrible, I couldn't sleep properly for 3 days >.> even during the day I was paranoid (overactive imagination sucks for horror movies).
Of course it could be the fact I scare pretty easily, none of my friends who saw The Grudge thought it was scary...
Same with me! But they all found The Ring scary, which I thought wasn't that scary at all...Originally Posted by Elcura
Some horror movies scare me shitless, others make me laugh, I thought The Ring was rather funny, although some parts did scare me
You need to think while watching The Ring.Originally Posted by Lbelle
The Ring was scarey as all hell... not so much scary, but "creepy" sorta like Silent Hill creepy.
Dunno why but the original Exorcist to this day scares the shit outta me =/
Here is a tip on how to make horror movies not scare you.
Whenever a gruesome ghost, mutilated person, ugly spirit, etc. does something that's scary. Stop and look at the people being scared in the scene. Look closely at their faces, their expressions, their movements, and you can often find something hilarious about it.
i.e., when watching the Excorsist, when the girl throws up on the priest, look at his facial expression. It's priceless.
The only horror movie that has ever actually scared me was Steven Kings "IT" Although it could have been the fact that I was like 6-7 when I saw it lol. But other than that, the only horror type movie that has kept my attention is the Saw series. Mind games fucking win
absolutly 110% cannot wait for saw IIII just rented I and II to brush up on it before the big opening :3
I need to go do that tomorrow seno after I get up. GF said she wants to go see Saw 3 but not grudge @_@ Told her If she can watch one, she can watch the other!
