When there are too many characters near the player, only a limited number (50?) are shown; only those can be targeted. It seems that currently the player's party has display priority, and enemies in Besieged. I would like to suggest that the player's whole alliance have display priority, then monsters in any zone (not just Besieged--Dragon's Aery in particular), then other players. In Besieged, I would also like friendly NPCs to be displayed before other random players; it is difficult to cure the Generals when I can't target them.
