    Connection problems.

Okay, so I was minding my own business, getting ready for Dynamis - Windurst. I was all excited because I bid on WHM, and might've had a chance to obtain them if they dropped!

But I DC'd. And when I tried to log back on, this came up..

This happens after I log on POL.. And it comes to the opening.

I was wondering if this came up with anyone else before. I tried... EVERYTHING to try to fix this. My boyfriend and I are convinced it's Comcast's part, and they have to fix it themselves. MSN is also having issues. When it logs on and I see the buddy list, it crashes.. And lags my laptop to hell and back. I tried MSN in two others PC's in the house. Same issue. Crashed when logged on completely.

I even manually fowarded my FFXI ports to linksys. Still nothing. I resetted my modem and router beforehand. Nothing. I called Comcast before I did all these things and they said it was the manufacturer of my laptop. If that was the case.. Wouldn't it not work to begin with, and why would it be the same case for all the other computers connected to the same modem/router?

I disabled my firewalls as well.

And unplugged my router and modem for 10 mins.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help. I'm not gonna bother calling Comcast until tomorrow morning if it's not fixed by then!

    (No it's not Windower)

Sounds pretty likely to be your ISP

hm.... try to plug your pc directly into the modem > restart > run "cmd" > ipconfig /release > was 10sec > ipconfig /renew ?

i don't think it is a cure, but just give it a try lol...
