Prep. Update Data Mine (Aug 31 2010)

Hiya.

Guess I'll start this thread.
Don't think theres much in the way of new minable info but there were 801 new files added.

Here's the stuff I managed to find on first pass.

So far I'm able to verify the 3 zones used for Abyssea, as well as the existence of AF3.
Since its a prep update, i think they split up the dat models that way too. No AF3 set is complete. There are no body or hand pieces added yet afaik and some AF jobs are missing, whilst others are kinda obvious. Some races don't seem to have some pieces of eq whilst others do.

Also new statues.

Not many new mob dat models, but they did add a lot of Lumoria and ToAU mobs into the main game, including Dvergr and Pandemonium Warden models lol.

Will probably do a 2nd pass after school today to see if I can pick anything else up.

Maybe others might have better luck.

o for the head EQ i think all AF jobs are accounted for except war blm rdm thf and pld. i think i gave double entry for DNC cos one is the guy version

i posted them mostly in reverse order too.. u can tell they follow basic job sequence.

It's the same dat, but the chocobo's feather beret is a rng item by the looks of it.

And reason the jester's cap is pup is because Puppet masters as well as jokers, both of which are a type of entertainment provided to people so i just put one and one together

The one withhold the feather is Brd I think. Pup more for the jester look. It's diff from the mumor one cos there's a mask
