using mules to garden

Well.. I don't know if it's the right place to ask, I would like to ask anyone that has experience on this game about gardening things. I was thinking of sending an email to SE inquiring about using some mules (in the same ID) to garden but i'm afraid to get banned for doing that, even thought it's legal thing.
I had 7 mules to garden Wildgrass, every 6-7 days I get 20k from each mule which is 150 inlcluding my main, I had 300~350k on each mule before my character gets banned on Vista issue. I returned my character back but while browsing BG forums, I heard from people that SE consider it RMT activity.
what I was doing is to garden and sell the harvested items to NPC but with the gil that I get it from garden, I use it to buy some equipment and upgrade my jobs gears. anyway I decided to delete those mules because I was afraid to get banned and it was the only way that I was demanding on to get gil.
thinking of creating of creating some mules back to garden, will I get suspended/banned if I continued gardening? and how can I ask someone from SE about these things? calling GM in game for example?
did anyone try this method of getting money?

SE returned a lot of the gardening mules. I would check with a GM, but since they're returning characters, I don't think there's a problem.

Gardening alone is not an RMT activity.

Gardening to raise gil for your own use is legal.

Gardening to raise gil to sell is a breach of the ToS.

Most gardeners did not get banned, and I bet most of them never even noticed the bans.

Most of the non-RMT gardeners who got banned probably had a couple of other red flags by accident. One, subsequently restored, victim had been moving a lot of money about, and it turns out it was winnings from the Mog Bonanza (go figgerr.)
