Linkshell Community site not working?

well i'm trying use it for ffxiah.com but everytime i log in it keeps showing me this :/

It could be one of the several things still broken by the server merges, like the character recovery service.

It's working on my new character that i created recently. With my old character that i played years with the LS community didn't work at all and would display the same thing as in your screenshot, nothing worked.
