    Weird issue with my toes.

I recently got a job working at a casino and I do A LOT of walking around... 7.5 hours of it to be exact and that's normally no problem with me but last night when I got home I noticed that my big toe and small toe feel asleep constantly (Both feet) I wasn't working my ass off I was just doing normal walking from machine to machine etc.

Is it just that I'm not used to walking that much or is it something far worse?

Are the front of your shoes feeling too tight that they're getting scrunched together?

No there's plenty of room in the shoe.

Go fly on a plane somewhere, and order something off Skymall.

It's probably from the use/growth of muscles pinching nerves and making them fall asleep.

Same basic thing happened to me since I started to work out rigorously about 8 months ago. When I'm laying down for bed, my arms (Muscles that get worked out the most) will fall asleep for no reason at all, even way before I even begin to fall asleep myself.

Could be a circulation issue, I've heard using inserts in the shoe can help with that.

    Its poor circulation.
I started walking/jogging/exercising after like 5 years of no exercise. To put it simply, I couldn't walk far at all and my first time walking, my feet were swollen. I only made it 15 minutes of walking until my right foot went numb.
I slowly build it up and now its fine for me.

Does it ever come back awake? Right now mine are still "numb" from last night. It's starting to scare me a bit.

If they're still numb you should be going to a doctor.

Now? Weight loss is slow but the poor circulation went away in 1 week... ages 17-22 i was 175 lbs, when I hit 25 I was about 195 lbs, and now at 29 I am at 205 lbs. Most of my recent weight gain was with doing a desk job... but lol the issue isn't about me, its about this guy's feet. He may have had a desk job before hand and now his body has to adjust to constant standing.

He doesn't necessarily have to be fat to have had that kind of problem. A few years ago I had absolutely zero physical fitness as a result of a wicked stomach virus that stayed with me for 8 months. The point is, he did his best to gain fitness, and by the sounds of it he achieved it. Don't mock someone for trying to get fit.
