Itunes questions

Ok I am a new Itunes user because I, never actually was a music fan, and i used other product to download my music.

Now that I got an Ipad (for home use) I need to use Itunes and i have some questions

1) I have some movies and music that i didn't paid that I put on Itunes to transfer to the Ipad, would I put myself in trouble if I activate Genius?

2) Is Genius actually useful?

3) I heard from a friend that I can synchronise my Ipad on another computer without loosing my applications and music but I can get his music (Sharing)

Exemple My PC has music 1 application 1 and my friend has music 2. I Synchronise my PC with my ipad and get app + music 1 and when i synchronise my Ipad with my friend PC i get Music 1-2 and app1 on my Ipad, how can i do It.

4) If I want to change PC, can I backup my Apps or as soon as I log on my apple account on Itunes I auto get my Apps?


Last question is mostly for Ipad users

I use RDP alot on Ipad but there is 1 problem, since there is no mouse when I control a PC station I cannot do a Right Click and there is nothing on the virutal Keyboard. Is there a way ousite from activating Windows Virtual Keyboard?

1. No, Maybe 20 out of the 6000+ Songs I have are bought from iTunes.
2. I hear some people like Genius... it's preference honestly.
3. You may be talking about manual sync mode... you can kind of do the same with iPods... hard to expalin
4. you can always redownload if it has been updated. Not sure of the process if it hasn't been updated. I used to download apps I saw for free that i was interested in before i even got an ipod touch

Just backup your entire iTunes library folder. It'll take care of any apps, games, movies, or music you have. Pretty simple to move your library from 1 computer to another or another HDD.

Ok and we can trade application with another person if I import his files into my library? Or is it a big risk?

Applications you buy are linked to your iTunes account. So yea if you allow him to be one of the 5 authorized computers to use the app should work. But if you go to an app, right click > properties on it you'll see Account Name: (your e-mail here). Means who the app belongs to. So ya you can do that, you'll just have to authorize that person to use that app AKA when he tries to use for 1st time, you need to be there to type in your PW or give them your PW (not recommended).

- The mini menu you havé when you use a rdp connexion to reduce or close thé connexion is available and dosent fusion is you havé 2 or 3 connections at thé same Time
