Run the affected area under cool water and a cool damp cloth (clean) over the area will help keep bacteria off the affected site. If blisters start forming, don't pop them and anti-burn creams are useful but only if there's no open sores. People say aloe vera helps but that's only to cool the site and not heal. Don't use stuff like neosporin, just time and bear with the pain and keep it loosely covered with a cool cloth. No tight bandages (can pull skin off).
