    ASUS transformer AiO

I'm sure people have heard about this model
    http://www.pocket-lint.com/news/4592...-computex-2012

Now, I'm seeing people speculate that the base will have CPU in which powers it when in full Windows 8 but how would it be possible to use external CPU? I'm tying to learn as much as I can about computer hardware and as far as I understand it's not possible (or at least fast enough to warrant) to have external CPU.
ASUS have mentioned that the tablet runs on ARM processors and also mumbles about i7, and also have said that the tablet performs as a wireless display for the base.
So in essence is this nothing more than a weak ARM based tablet with the ability to remote desktop the stronger PC in the dock? Which, for anyone with a decent spec pc, leaves the dock pointless?

servers have been using hot swapable CPUs for a while now, I see no reason why they cant do the same or a similar thing in this one

But then it could ONLY use the CPU (and I guess integrated GFX) from the base and it would still be limited to the RAM which is in the tablet?
Could you link me to an explanation of that CPU swapable please?
Am watching more videos on this and they're talking about ASUS' own remote desktop system/software/cloud so it seems that it might be that the tablet just emulates the PC's display and runs using the base's CPU power, which is really about time people got onto.

From looking at a variety of articles on the device, this seems to be the case. It's a giant ARM tablet that can be used as the monitor for the base, which has a full x86 PC in it. It might be better integrated than simply running remote desktop on a tablet + PC setup. Or it could just be a novelty.

Yeah it seems this way, and that ASUS are offering a system where you are running your own cloud where you can display the "powerful" (my PC is more powerful than i7 and whatever small amount of RAM it will have) base on the tablet. I already just leave my PC on at home like a server and do all my work on it from my tablet using Team Viewer because I need the power, so all this will do is cost a ton of money for those who don't understand how to do all it does already. Does look nice though and has potential if it has a wacom digitizer in.
