MuscleNerd hinted about a release date of Sunday for Jailbreak which is still compatible for 6.1 that was release today

But he said that the JB wont work if you update from the OTA

So backup your device in itunes then full restore it to 6.1 then restore the backup if you plan to Jailbreak

http://evasi0n.com/ is where the JB will be hosted at. If you did do a OTA update to 6.1 follow these steps and you'll be fine.

Download 6.1 iPhone Software.
Plug iPhone into iTunes.
Transfer all purchases, and back up iPhone to iTunes.
Shift-Click Restore, point it to the 6.1 iPhone Software you downloaded.
Restore.
Point it to the backup you just performed.
Sync over all the Apps and Music.
