I really think its lame Delve is being 6 manned stuff. The rest of it looks really awesome.

Large LSs are becoming more and more scarce, at least on Valefor they have been, there to my knowledge only 3 major NA LSs that does end game, and I'm not certain how active they all are with the current content, and on the JP side there are 4 that come to my memory, one that before I unsubbed was on the edge of disbanding and merging with another. So having content that is more accessible to everyone without wanting to join a major LS and deal with DKP or buy out with gil or whatever people do with their distribution is great. That and I know a friend of mine who will probably be excited as fuck that she can finally get a ton of plasma to burn bullets with her Death Penalty again without having to worry about resupplying the used plasma.

You don't need a large LS to do delve, most of it can be done with 8~12 players that don't suck. Just didn't see a reason to nerf it even further was why I think its lame. There needs to be some group content in the game outside of 6 man imo.

It'd be difficult to recruit 18 people to a linkshell on Lakshmi and not have at least half of them suck donkey dong. A group like that could clear all the current "hard" content, I'm sure, but it wouldn't be enjoyable.

Instead of saying we are the anomaly, that big LS's like yours are still going 18+ strong on a daily basis and every server is full of them, how about taking off your fucking blinders and consider that YOUR situation is the anomaly, that YOUR big 18+ strong LS is the rarity amongst most servers, and the people with 4-8 in their LS has become the norm?

The situation is the same as its always been. I seem to recall only 3~4 LS per server that could consistently clear content since day 1.

you're in the extreme minority. valefor has a handful of good players left, and they're separated between the two major NALS that still exist (one of which I'm not sure actually still does regular events, you'd have to ask detelf).

So since you claim linkshells are in the minority (good LS were few and far between since day 1...) they should dumb all content down so someone and their mule can duo? I don't even care that much about this, I made one comment and someone asked me why. I am slightly worried they will do this with new delve though, there needs to be something for all types of players. Casual players have the majority of content atm, leave something to people who can actually do this stuff too.

Unless they changed it, they aren't removing the ability to do delve with a full alliance, so congratulations. 6-man delve will probably have lower rewards or some shit. Seriously, what's the big deal in letting more people access the content? You still have D/VD DM and all that to do with your big LS that you should be counting your lucky stars to have.

fyi, my LS is one of the two remaining on Valefor. We were the first NA LS on the server to beat Tojil and Daquwaka before the initial nerf and skill was added to weapons, then we were the first NA LS to kill Muyingwa post-nerf. Since then, people have quit due to the stagnation of the game and rl issues. There's no one left on the server to replenish the missing ranks, either.

I've seen two LS on my server that everyone claims is full of bad players and they managed to beat all three delve bosses. It isn't impossible and it is a challenge working with different people. Next you have these 6 man for the new delve easily steamrolled through and you have the same idiots complaining there is nothing to do in this game lol.

I dont get how making the content available for 6 man is a nerf? I dont remember reading anywhere that "Delve is now 6 person content, you can enter with more if you want less of a challenge". I guess Legion was nerfed too when they made it 18 man instead of 36 man. Oh wait, they didnt abolish 36 man Legion, they adjusted mob stats, cut the loot pools in half, and called it 18 man content. Skill wise, it was never any easier, other than the fact that you have to consider not tainting the talent pool of players with more shitty players. Think of it like this, heres your talent pool (I know it doesnt entirely work like this, but try to follow):
1 10/10 players
4 9/10 players
7 8/10 playres
9 7/10 players
5 6/10 players
5 5/10 players
3 4/10 players
2 3/10 players

To do 36 man legion, you have an average skillset of 6.61 with the above players.
To do 18 man legion, you use the same above players (drop 3 of the 7/10's) and you have an average skillset of 8.

You need less shitty players to fill up rank.

It has nothing to do with skillset anymore. At some point skillset becomes moot and you're stuck on the numbers game. The problem is the numbers no longer exist.

Not to mention there has been ZERO reports of SE getting rid of 18 person delve.

My ls has 10 on at most, usually 4-8. I don't want 18 man stuff because that means 10 or so pickups that can't even handle mata. Seriously, I joined one pickup and the ally leader used skillup food.

How do you know there is nobody left? I haven't seen any active recruitment posts or anything for Valefore, I could be mistaken though.

You don't have to do it then, why should someone who prefers 18 man content be left out though? There is only Divine Might after this next update really. Not really fair for them. In general I actually agree that dealing with more people can be a headache, but if theres one event for an alliance in the entire game (which is a stretch considering you can do it with 6 or less at a lower difficulty), that is pretty silly imo.
