I tend to eat these farely often. For instance, when you come home from work and your tired, it's just easier than cooking for yourself. I usually buy Stouffer's brand but I'm getting sick of them. Discuss and post your favorites!

i dont understand these
they are more expensive than individual components of food, less nutritious, not tasty
why not just crush some sandwich meat and an apple with peanut butter. you'd be eating it faster than the 2:30 in the microwave and then 2 minutes to cool down.
enjoy your cancer
I rarely eat them, was typically something to bring to work. The only ones I really liked were the Marie Calendar's version.
Do pizza rolls count?
Buy a crockpot.
Throw shit in pot.
Turn it on.
Come home and eat a meal.
Fuck nuking shit. It's awful.
If you use these things, take the time to do them in the oven. Much improvement in taste and texture.
About once per month I cook things like those and fill the freezer with ready to microwave meals.

Only one I ever eat and rarely. Dunk those nuggets (without sprinkles) in the pudding MMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmm
edit: the sprinkles ruin that shit
edit2: oh and 1 paper towel underneath the nuggets to keep em from getting soft
I have not had one of those in about two decades.
But those motherfuckers are fools for not packaging trays that are six-packs of brownies.
the stouffers mac n cheese is the only one i ever really ate. stopped once i got healthy enough to have energy to cook.
i find the other dishes are always fucked up, and almost always include stuff that bothers my guts. other brands of mac n cheese taste awful, but stouffers is okay. not, like, amazing, but if i'm feeling so awful i can't work up the energy to make a simple meal, i don't really care that much about taste.
True.
But you cannot deny it would make them mad bank.
There are those cheap ass brownies with the sprinkles on top. Wouldn't be surprised if it's the same company.
I used to microwave shit all the time. For a while I was living in places where I didn't have much of a kitchen and that tends to be pick up food or microwave something.
I am trying to eat better at the moment with the s/o and as Bane said, I hope we start having more energy to cook, or even just make a simple apple/pb snack.
Also, crockpot. I think I know what present I am going to get him!
I don't eat them often. When Lean Cuisines go on sale at the grocery store, usually something like 5 for $10, I'll pick up five and throw them in the freezer at work for an easy, cheap lunch.
Ragn's /fit/ copypasta is the superior choice in taste, nutrition, and cost. A very close 2nd is a crock pot where you spend 5-10 of prep dumping stuff before going to work, turn on, and coming home to a hot meal that takes 1 minute to serve out. The closest I get to frozen foods is veggies and fruits because cheap and still has good nutritional value. Fuck tv dinners.
I ate way too much of this shit for too long unfortunately. I used to bring Stouffers Lean Cusine Turkey with apples as my favorite. Looking back it was a fucking money sink and just not worth all the garbage.
Crock pot is the way to go. Easy real food or taking one day a week to prepare food is so much better. I do still love Stouffer's Mac and Cheese on occasion though.
Came to see how quickly this thread would devolve into "eat real food you lazy fuck!"
First post. BG doesn't disappoint.
My first response would be to tell you to check out Soylent, either from Rosa Labs (http://soylent.me/) or one of the DIY formulae (http://diy.soylent.me/). Can't be worse than typical microwave oven stuff.
If you're really keen on sticking with the microwave stuff or Soylent is just too far out of your comfort zone, then I'd say you should give Amy's a shot. Microwave meals without too many terrible things in them that still taste pretty good. I used to use them in a pinch. Fairly pricey at $5-$6 around where I live, but it seemed worth it for me at the time.
