the sea monk starts with an 8 fold attack, meaning per round he'll swing 8 times, as u deal 1/9 dmg u break his tenticle and he does 7, all the way down to around 1/9 dmg, when he no longer attacks, just uses ink jet around once every 5-10 secs
his accuracy isn't great, a mambo nin easily tanked it till ink jet, might sound gay but a drg/whm will easily tank ink jet with other jobs requiring huge amounts of healing, of course if u could deal out large dmg in the short time left its ok as well

yes 8 attacks in 1 hit, he's not accurate and doesn't hit hard, hit my drg for 40-50, missed half the attacks, a job with higher eva and blind it should easily tank it, i was trying to solo it, i was doing fine till my wyvern died to ink jet............LOL

Really simple, since all the vital debuffs land on it. Went with blm, rdm, brd and just nuked him up, won in about 12min. Gravity, Stun, Sleep, Lullaby, Bind, Blizzard II, Freeze, Blizzaga II, yaddayadda.. wasn't too bad. Stole didn't drop and I ended up just camping the AH anywho, but mebbe your luck is better than mine.
