Main reason is because DRK has access to a lot of hate-drawing spells and abilities like Stun (with Enmity+), Bind, Sleep as well as Last Resort, Souleater and Weapon Bash.

In order to be effective in NIN/DRK, you need to have Haste and March casted on you along with Refresh or Ballad, or both. People have come to a routine of doing Stun -> Bind -> Sleep (use wisely, because on most mobs, it will build a resistance), Kurayami , and so forth. Basically, wear as much Haste+% as you can, and Enmity+.

Lyra thats why i said (lolotherforums) -.-. Still, some of the ideas seem prety decent, tough their % of being true (for being in KI) is -50%!

NIN/DRK can easily be done with just refresh. I don't really find the need to use bind/sleep too much, but it's nice just in case you need to get hate really fast.

Of course, Ethereal earrings helps a lot too!

I mainly spam stun when it's up, and space out your JA's and you should be good. This is especially important when you are tanking with a NIN/WAR. You don't want to get too much hate all of a sudden, without your tank partner able to get it off you just in case. 2 NIN/DRKs is pretty damn deadly though.

we have several nin/drks in LS. with 2 brds in the tank pt spamming ballad and march theyre almost unstoppable as far as generating hate. its a fantastic combo (not to mention you have the extra stuns <3)

My LS's been using NIN/DRK lately ... we're a newer LS with a bunch of veteran players so we went to do Jormy last night and the NIN/DRKs had crazy hate and also stuned a few GAs, worked very well.

As for NIN/BRD, I heard it works wonders for Kirin ... when Kirin casts Stone 5 or Quake, run over to other people in your party and use Mazurka. I want to try it out one day.
