How to delete a Playonline user?

So, an RL friend created an account on my POL here with a system password. I want to play his account, but I don't know the password he used and neither does he. In order to normally delete a user on POL, you have to login past the system password to the POL online login screen, and delete the user from there. Since I can't do that, I'm at an impasse.

I've tried removing the directory under 'Program Files\PlayOnline\SquareEnix\PlayOnlineViewer\usr', leaving just my current user there - that didn't work, I still see his user in POL. I tried searching across the registry and searching through files for anything with his username on it - nothing.

Anyone familiar with how to nuke a user so POL no longer sees it?

reinstall POL and the system PW gets removed. Since the game itself isn't being affected you dont have to do a file check. Happened to me last summer when I added one while people were visiting only for me to forget it in the morning.
