Sacrarium ninja edit?

Went to do Tavnazian Cookbook quest using the same map I've always used:

It was Watersday but the maze pattern was that of Earthsday/Lightningday. Is the map wrong, was it a glitch, or did SE just swap around what day uses what pattern?

I thought I noticed it as well, but I get lost in West Ronfaure, so I just chalked it up to my navigational skills.

A long time ago, the maps for the maze were incorrect for some of the days. Are you sure this map was correct to begin with?

I remember trying to use that map back in the day as well, and it was way off.

Ever since then I just stumbled through until I got to where I wanted to go.

This is the map off of wiki (and atlas I assume, as it has ffxi-atlas url at the bottom). I usually use this one when I do it but I never pay attention to what day I go on. The Earthsday/Lightningday pattern was correct though, so maybe they did a day switch or it was just a simple error.

A good way to keep track is that on fusion and distortion days you'll need to get past the tauruses (entering the maze from the north) but on fragmentation and gravitation days you can enter from the west. Beyond that it's not that hard to find your way through once you've done it once or twice.

Can't the Taurus be at either the north or west entrance to the maze?

Either way, if you get the actual in game map to Sacrarium, it's not to hard to make your way thru the maze as it's broken into 6 sections and there's exactly 1 correct entrance and 1 correct exit to each of the sections, with the exception of 2 configurations where the NE section has 3 openings.

Process of elimination ftw.

Easiest way is just remember 1 day and its correct entrance. The day and entrance just alternate.
