Thief Haste

I am sorry if this post is redundant, and or placed in the wrong thread, felt it warranted an advanced player reply, thank you^^

I have been working on a haste set for my Thf. I am active in limbus, and i know some of these pieces are best replaced by Homam. This will take a while but i am in line for them. In the meantime, my set consists of:

20% Haste set:

HeadWal. Turban)5%

HandDusk Gloves)3%
LegBravo's Subligar)2%

This leaves my +Acc @20(5 From Blau Dolch, that is only active pre-100TP)

Remaining slots

My questions:
1) Are the 2% Haste pieces worth the use of their slots on my TP setup?

2) With acc@+20 on this set, should i be using 2x Sniper's Ring instead of
Rajas/Sniper?

3)I have also had a few ppl tell me to replace Bravo's with Dusk Leg for the attack, does this make sense or is it not worth it?

4) Is there anything you see here that i am doing wrong/or could upgrade? (Besides trading in for Homam, that i realize, just don't have yet)

Thanks all in advance, my previous mains were PlD / BRD, Just want to make sure i am not missing anything obvious here, kinda new to DD.

It doesn't warrant an advanced reply, but whatever. If your dagger merits are capped, the setup is fine. Assuming double BRD goodness. Rajas for WS (in my opinion), keep another Sniper's on.

I'd say switch out rapparee harness for SH +1 if possible, and depending on dagger merits, make it a 2nd sniper. Should be able to comfortably consume att food after that (assuming you have 8/8 dagger merits).

1) Yes, Haste has accelerating returns so 2% items will start to trump their Acc/Atk alternatives when you're operating at a high Haste level

2) Nah, the chance that a 1% difference in hit rate will affect your time to 100 TP is less than the chance that 5 Store TP will, plus you're passing up ~1 weapon DMG from the STR which THF benefits from more than anyone else due to low delay.

3) If you're operating at something like 40% Haste and 400 Attack with buffs, then Bravo's and Dusk are both 3~4% improvements to their respective attributes--may as well stick with the one that improves WS frequency.

4) Fire Bomblet! Otherwise that's a pretty ideal AH setup. Get Homam, switch to meat, then pwn.
