Calculating damage from weaponskills

So I have another question, sorry for this but a lot has passed since i played this game, and I'm just getting back into it. I tried searching a number of terms with varying filters to no avail.

I'm trying to calculate WS, except I don't know shit when it comes to math/statistics (I've learned all that was asked of me, meaning up until calculus)

I found a nifty calculator by looking up google that will give you a range of WS damage. Before finding it, however, I tried doing the calculations and it just made my brain hurt when I got to the fSTR and whatnot.

From there, I bounced around to vzx's site, Studio Gobli's translated, and a post by Nagamaki on these forums explaining some of this stuff, but I'm either having difficulty finding numbers, working through translation, or understanding the equations.

It's mainly finding numbers -- I can't find where Gobli, or anywhere, identifies the VIT or AGI of a mob. I mean aside from just ranks. I mean like, "At level 82, so-and-so mob has 80 VIT," as an example.

I understood this much from these links:
-Mobs generally have C grading of VIT, C for AGI
-Mobs are usually WAR/WAR, few are PLDs

Can anyone help me out with this? And God bless those who make these calculators. I'm all for the rewarding process of going through calculations, but not when I don't know what the hell I'm doing and I just want an answer =\

Main reason I'm doing this is to figure out how to balance STR and attack in my builds
