I know next to nothing about routers (I'm lucky I got the wireless network going), but I assume the extreme lag I have in FF is related to my router. I'm currently in CB with S~130 and R~1500-2000. Is there any way to up the S amount by changing a setting on my router? I know things like CB, Besieged, Whitegate in general are going to lag, but I really hope that this is able to be alleviated, even a small amount.

I have a Netgear Rangemax wireless router (my PC isn't using wireless, however), model WPN824 v2.

I appreciate any help/advice, even if it is just 'suck it up and get used to it'.
