Upgraded to Vista Ultimate 32-bit and need help

As the title says I upgraded to Vista Ultimate 32-bit and after I got everything up and running right I logged into ffxi to see if everything was working ok. Everything looked ok but when I received a PM it automatically deleted it with out me even looking at it. So I messed around abit with it and it wont let me send or receive PM's or add anyone to my friend list. I get an errors saying Failed to send (19). Have any of you ever came across this or heard about it and know a fix for this?

I used to get a message a bit like that. Reinstalling PoL fixed it for me. This was on XP Pro so I'm thinking it isn't anything to do with Vista.
