The JP says pretty much the same, as a security measure they will restrict certain "connection sources" (ISPs? IPs? unclear) from logging in to POL, and they may consider re-allowing them at a later time.

SE has tried everything else (in their minds), yet it is the Chinese based players hacking people. So yes, I would say its perfectly fine now for everyone to tell Chinese players to go **** themselves. Yes, I can understand grouping people like this is wrong. I'm sure that after investigating hundreds of jackings, they've probably found a pretty common thread with IPs/access sources/whatever.

Hopefully though, them doing this moves them further into PREVENTION rather than just recovery. They're spending oodles of man hours and labor that doesn't need to be, and while they ignore putting security in place, the list just grows longer.
