i cannot play with 1 colour song and roll...... so.....

i hv been using modified status icons until this updated.... nobody is doing it. so i sat down and try to do it myself. managed to recreate those icon in photoshop, however some icons may look a little different due to transparency issue. i added some icons to certain ability too so u don't always get the standard red icon from SE for ability. as this is my first time doing. please let me know if u spot any ugly icons and i have not able to fully tested every icons. in short this is 95% like emiko's with some tweak.

i also put in my modified UI with this release, my UI uses a different font.
can just use emiko's one since there is no update on UI on 21 June patchl.
which ever u like. both works.

If u guys have nice screenshot of status icon you can share here so i will add it in on my next update.

To make this even easier, I've made a re-pack of Emiko's FFXIStyle using Rog's latest icon update. You can download it here:

It should work for all regions, but if it doesn't, say so, and a new re-pack can be made that's just for NA installs.

The icons are only going to work on the english versions.

Have you tried them on any other versions? The file sizes are exactly identical, though their number is different, so I'm assuming that the originals are duplicates of one another (since that's been the case with DATs in the past).

If you haven't, we should let someone on another installation try.

Well, i haven't even tested the english one i made, but there's no need to. The files are all similar, but the descriptions, and names are all different, so they need to be done individually, and i only did the english one. You could probably just use the english one for any version, but obviously then it'd be in english instead of whatever other language.

Understood. The hex information for each file is different, but it should work all right (though Check Files will replace it). It'll just be in English, as you've said.

I'll pack another version that strictly includes the NA icon change and leaves all the others alone, so if anyone wants to leave their foreign install with the native SE icons (and just change the text and such), it won't be over-written. This can also replace the original pack if anyone from another region finds that the NA DAT isn't compatible.
